I am sad to say goodbye, but am thankful for the wonderful year we've had. Thank you parents for all your support this year. You have helped your child grow. Thank you for allowing me to teach your children. Together we have made great progress. Have a great summer! Keep reading, writing, practicing facts, staying active, and growing. Say hi when you see me around town.

3rd Grade Economics Fair
On Friday we had our very own Economics fair. All students earned three tickets to spend at our 3rd grade shops. Mrs. Rubesch's class hosted a face painting salon, Mr. Gibson had Wii baseball entertainment with popcorn, Mrs. Gores had the very popular keychain parrots for sale, Mrs. Fizel's class served strawberry, watermelon, and grape kabob, and we sold bead bracelets. It was a great afternoon finalizing what we learned about money, supply and demand, wants and needs, and being a community. You can find more pictures by clicking here.
Lakes Alive!
On Tuesday we went to the Cable Natural History Museum. We had a great time learning about the lakes! Students learned more about food chains, lake ecosystems, and most even had a chance to hold a hognose snake. Click here for more pictures.
